You will support the Restaurant Manager, lead a team of crew and supervisors, train staff, monitor safety and cleanliness, manage inventory and scheduling, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, efficient dining room and drive-thru experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Casual Restaurant operations and cost control.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems and standard safety practices.
