Job summary

IHOP in Bryant, AR is seeking a motivated restaurant supervisor to help lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and support financial objectives. The role requires strong leadership, teamwork, and adherence to IHOP standards.

You will train hourly staff, uphold safety standards, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with SOPs while collaborating with managers and corporate teams. This is a hands-on supervisory position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2–4 years related experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English; follow safety rules and procedures.
• IHOP training certifications are preferred and advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve budgeted sales and profits.
• Build professional relationships with IHOP staff, corporate and guests.
• Implement IHOP Restaurant Training Program for hourly non-management staff.
• Assist in executing annual objectives for finance, marketing, guest service and HR.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and SOPs.
• Support recruitment, training and retention of employees.
• Ensure adequate supplies and proper equipment operation and maintenance.
• Complete reports and other duties as assigned.
