Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: you'll be a hands-on manager, completing daily checklists, handling cash, and managing guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: ensure standard operating procedures are followed and maintain urgency to increase speed of service; monitor daily labor, sales, and food costs.
• Support Team Development: train and coach team members, provide feedback and support accountability; assist with screening applicants during recruiting.
