Job summary

FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, uphold exceptional service, and drive culinary excellence in a fast-paced setting.

With 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred, you will lead a team, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure guest satisfaction through strong leadership and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years supervisory or management experience, prior hotel F&B experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Strong associate relations skills and conflict resolution skills.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll and labor management.
• Experience with MICROS POS system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and culinary excellence.
• Lead and develop the restaurant team to drive guest satisfaction and performance.
• Coordinate scheduling, payroll and labor management to meet budget and service goals.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and Ensure compliance with Serve Safe requirements.
• Collaborate with the property leadership to deliver a cohesive guest experience.
