Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager. Must have open availability to work AM or PM shifts and a minimum of 2 years restaurant manager experience.

You will oversee guest service, food quality, timing, cost control, and staff training; collaborate with the Chef to ensure excellent presentation and market-competitive menus; drive financial objectives and operations standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with friendly, professional service and maintain high food quality and value.
• Ensure meals are delivered timely with attention to plating, portion and temperature.
• Develop cost savings and labor strategies aligned with F&B financial goals.
• Train staff in service sequence and product knowledge to meet guest needs.
• Lead service education through daily line-ups and training programs.
• Evaluate restaurant service performance daily and conduct staff evaluations.
• Coordinate timely food production and work with the Chef on quality and presentation.
• Assist in evaluating food products and procurement of liquors and wines.
• Support General Manager/F&B Director in creating annual financial objectives and budgets.
• Contribute to marketing plans and cost-control initiatives to meet budgets.
