Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee shift operations, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at a Georgia property. You will lead restaurant associates, drive service standards, and support financial goals through effective supervision.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in food and beverage, strong communication, and a track record of team leadership.

Qualificações

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of two-year experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the shift's restaurant operations and liaise with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, safe, high quality service.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate associates; maintain open communication and discipline as needed.
• Plan promotions, displays and buffet presentations to capture more in-house guests and local market share.
• Ensure compliance with Alcoholic Beverage Commission regulations and safety standards.
• Update cash management, compile reports, and respond to guest needs to drive guest satisfaction.
