The role requires managing restaurant staff, coordinating with kitchen operations, and promoting guest satisfaction while upholding company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Two to four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of two-year experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to delegate, manage manpower and establish priorities.
• Listen effectively.
• Communicate professionally and positively with guests and associates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the shift's restaurant operations and liaise with kitchen staff for smooth service and safety.
• Supervise associates: interview, hire, schedule, train, develop, coach and resolve issues.
• Create and implement promotions to attract in-house guests and local market share.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality service throughout shifts.
• Respond to guest needs and feedback to improve future sales.
