The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business management, ServSafe certification, and, where applicable, TABC certification; at least two years in a leadership role in hospitality, plus strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for supporting daily operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar and restaurant located in the assigned area.
• The Assistant General Manager will assist with daily activities of both Front of House and Back of House to ensure outstanding customer service and operational compliance.
• Your leadership will help build consistency across operations, strengthen team engagement, and enhance guest satisfaction by executing our food philosophy.
