The role requires a Bachelor’s in business management, ServSafe certification, and 3+ years in a leadership role in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar area.
• ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
• TABC certification where applicable.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of The Goat bar and restaurant.
• Lead sales efforts and drive performance against targets.
• Control cost of goods and optimize operating efficiency.
