Job summary

Lifestyle Communities seeks a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of The Goat bar & restaurant across multiple locations, including Columbus, OH, Nashville, TN, Brier Creek NC, Pflugerville TX, with periodic travel. You will lead sales efforts, control costs, set performance targets, develop action plans, and build a team delivering superior hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Strong leadership, ServSafe and TABC credentials are required and a Bachelor's degree in business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar area of focus preferred or required.
• ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
• TABC Certification where applicable.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
