Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of The Goat bar and restaurant in multiple markets. You will lead sales, manage costs, and drive performance with a focus on hospitality excellence.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's in business management, ServSafe certification, and, where applicable, TABC certification, with at least three years in a leadership role in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar area preferred.
• ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
• TABC Certification where applicable.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
