Job summary

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee in Newnan, GA, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting environment. Under the direction of the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, coach and develop team, and ensure health and safety and financial controls.

Requires at least 1 year of Assistant Manager experience, weekend and holiday flexibility, and a valid

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing - access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing restaurant's daily operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.
