Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of shift-operations management in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to coach hourly team members and drive KPIs such as labor, throughput, and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and team safety protocols.
