• Experienced in coaching frontline employees with clarity, empathy, and consistency.
• Agile in managing live operations while upholding standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across kitchen, fulfillment, service, and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members with a focus on accountability and safety.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure brand standards are followed.
