Job summary

Wonder is seeking an Assistant General Manager to run the four walls of a location. You will own daily operations across kitchen, service, fulfillment, and customer experience, delivering consistent results in quality, speed, and safety.

Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members; optimize labor deployment; monitor KPIs; ensure food safety and brand standards; and drive continuous improvement and profitability through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years managing shift operations in fast-paced settings.
• Proven ability to lead teams and own KPIs including labor and throughput.
• Strong communication, accountability, and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and staff safety protocols.
• Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment.
• Optimize labor deployment and shift readiness.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
