Job summary

Wonder is seeking an Assistant General Manager to run the four walls of a location. You will lead kitchen, service, fulfillment, and customer experience to ensure peak performance each shift. This is a hands-on role that drives daily results with cross-functional collaboration.

You will own quality, speed, team culture, and customer satisfaction while mastering internal operations for smooth, profitable performance. Expect a bench assignment with multiple stores within a region.

Qualifications

• Must have 21+ years old and be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by State, County or Local Health Departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, fulfillment and customer experience.
• Optimize labor deployment and lead shift readiness to meet volume and throughput targets.
• Use operational data/feedback to identify issues, make real-time decisions and drive improvements.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain flow and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and health standards.
• Mentor and coach hourly team members to foster accountability, service excellence and safety.
• Support hiring, training and development of team members in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead pilots and rollouts, shaping best practices for future expansion.
• Partner with leadership to align workload, scheduling and training for current and future openings.
