Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience, experience in management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep operational standards and procedures.
• Ensure preventative maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment.
• Ensure restaurant follows cash control and security procedures.
• Interact positively with guests and co-workers.
• Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations.
• Provide coaching and feedback to increase team capabilities.
• Direct team toward efficient product preparation and sale.
• Uphold operational and brand standards.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Leader if necessary.
