Fulenwider Group's Taco Bell in Troutman, NC is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, uphold restaurant standards, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth. You will supervise shifts, train staff, schedule work, enforce food safety, manage inventory, and maintain financial controls while fostering a positive, high-performance team.

Requirements: 2–4 years of supervisory experience in fast food or retail, High School Diploma or GED, ability to pass background and drug

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
2-4 years supervisory experience in fast food, quick service, food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
Basic personal computer literacy.
Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
Must have reliable transportation.
Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

Shift management – oversee shift managers and team, schedule shifts and deployment.
Customer service – ensure positive dining experience and assist in escalated situations.
Employee management – supervise, train, and address performance issues.
Food safety – maintain a safe environment and adherence to food safety standards.
Inventory management – monitor inventory and enforce company policies.
Financial accountability – optimize profit and control costs.
