Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in fast food, quick service, food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Shift management – oversee shift managers and team, schedule shifts and deployment.
• Customer service – ensure positive dining experience and assist in escalated situations.
• Employee management – supervise, train, and address performance issues.
• Food safety – maintain a safe environment and adherence to food safety standards.
• Inventory management – monitor inventory and enforce company policies.
• Financial accountability – optimize profit and control costs.
