Qualifications

• 2–4 years supervisory experience in fast food, quick service restaurant, food service, or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Shift management – ensure shift managers and team complete tasks, schedule shifts, and deploy team.
• Customer service – ensure positive dining experience and provide support in escalated situations.
• Employee management – supervise, develop, and train new hires; maintain excellent service and address performance issues.
• Food safety – maintain a safe environment and create a strong food safety culture.
• Inventory management – manage inventory and monitor execution of company policies.
• Financial accountability – optimize profit and control costs.
