Job summary

Blaze Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to provide leadership and operational support at our Rialto, CA location. You will help the GM build a strong team, ensure top quality food, and deliver exceptional guest experiences on every shift.

You will coach staff, manage performance, monitor safety, and help optimize labor and service speed while maintaining Blaze brand standards. This is a hands-on role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-4 years of operations management experience in QSR, Fast-Casual, Casual Dining or Retail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to reinforce Blaze Pizza culture and guest service standards.
• Coach team members and conduct performance conversations with the GM.
• Support scheduling, maintenance, and facility upgrades with operations teams.
• Monitor labor, safety, and compliance with health codes on every shift.
• Resolve guest feedback and drive speedy service and product quality.
