Job summary

Blaze Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee team performance, ensure quality and cleanliness, and handle administrative duties including cash handling and inventory checks.

The role requires strong leadership, guest service, and communication, with 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Flexibility for all shifts and a 50-hour work week is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, guest service, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• A high school diploma (some college preferred).
• A minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to motivate the team and deliver fast, courteous service.
• Maintain a positive work environment and flexible to changes in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Perform administrative duties including cash drawers, inventory counts and food safety standards.
• Interview, hire and train new team members to build the company brand and culture.
• Oversee a diverse team to ensure product quality, maintenance and cleanliness to company standards.
• Provide daily feedback and performance reviews to develop the team.
• Contribute to guest experience by serving with enthusiasm and teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
