Job summary

Blaze Pizza is seeking Assistant General Managers to lead teams and maintain a positive guest experience in a fast-paced Blaze Pizza restaurant. You will oversee day-to-day operations and manage the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager.

Responsibilities include leading by example, hiring and training staff, ensuring product quality and cleanliness, and delivering fast, courteous service while maintaining a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, guest service, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Basic knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Full availability for all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to lift 35-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and supervise daily operations.
• Maintain a positive work environment and guest experience.
• Flexible to changes in restaurant environment.
• Balance cash drawers, inventory, and food safety standards.
• Interview, hire and train new team members.
• Oversee a diverse team to ensure quality, maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Provide daily feedback and performance reviews.
• Cultivate guest experience with fast, courteous service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
