Job summary

Blaze Pizza is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff performance, and ensure product quality and cleanliness, both with the team on shift and in the absence of the General Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, guest service, and communication skills, with a minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leading through example and managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Supervising and supporting a diverse team to deliver high-quality pizzas and service.
• Balancing cash drawers, inventory counts, and food safety standards.
• Hiring, training, and developing team members to strengthen the Blaze Pizza brand and culture.
• Providing daily feedback and performance reviews to staff.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through fast, courteous, and positive service.
• Overseeing operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
