Recruiting.com LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager I to support the Operations team in Lexington, KY. You will oversee shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, and help achieve financial and service goals while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred.
• 1–2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to adapt to a diverse workforce.
• Ability to assist leadership team in reaching organizational objectives and goals.
• Basic understanding of P&L goals for the location including labor, sales, and COG.

Responsibilities

• Understand all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and training programs.
• Check quality standards upon delivery of food and beverages.
• Assist in ordering concept supplies including food, beverages, smallware, chemicals and paper products.
• Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service per standards.
• Maintain sanitation standards and ensure health, safety and liquor regulations are followed.
• Follow proper record keeping adhering to Areas standards.
• Prepare required paperwork, forms, reports and schedules in an organized manner.
• Process invoices through proper systems.
