Recruiting.com LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager I to assist the Unit General Manager in overseeing daily operations of a dining concept in Kentucky. You will lead front- and back-of-house teams to deliver prompt, courteous service while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and guest service skills with 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years restaurant management experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and guest-service skills.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and adapt to changing needs.
• Understanding of P&L basics and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Monitor quality standards for food and service deliveries.
• Assist in ordering supplies including food, beverage, and paper goods.
• Resolve customer complaints per company standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards per state guidelines.
• Supervise staff and ensure proper opening/closing procedures.
• Prepare paperwork, reports, and schedules in a timely manner.
• Coordinate maintenance and equipment services as needed.
• Enforce dress code and brand specifications.
• Support leadership in achieving organizational goals.
