Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Lexington, KY to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, train, and coach the team, set schedules, and manage performance standards while upholding budgetary goals.

The right candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and a proven track record of developing staff in a fast-paced setting and will drive hospitality excellence across the venue.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong business math and analytical/decisions skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Hire, onboard, develop employees and execute training plans.
• Schedule and deploy staff, address performance issues.
• Resolve customer issues and manage the budget and financial plans.
• Lead with strong communication, develop people, and maintain a positive culture.
