Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Certified preferred or able to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Commitment to excellence in friendly service.
• Proven ability growing sales.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Able to analyze issues and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and direct all hourly employees and daily activities.
• Lead shifts as the management representative and coach team members.
• Monitor kitchen operations and address issues promptly.
• Plan hours, create weekly schedules, and assign tasks.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; manage costs and inventory.
• Maintain food quality, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Ensure CHARM Service Model is executed with every guest.
• Provide FOH and BOH training on Ruby Tuesday policies.
• Supervise production and preparation of food and beverages per recipes.
• Resolve guest recovery issues using discretion.
• Follow Operations Playbook and communicate shift notes via digital logbook.
• Enforce security measures to protect employees and guests.
• Manage cost controls for food, supplies, and liquor; conduct weekly inventory.
• Maintain food safety certificates and pursue new certifications.
• Support new initiatives like product/menu rollouts.
