Thompson Hospitality is seeking a motivated and service-driven Assistant General Manager to join our team at The Delegate Restaurant in Washington, DC. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and develop a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This role requires proven leadership in the restaurant industry, strong communication, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, overseeing kitchen and front-of-house.
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to deliver top-notch service.
• Ensure service standards meet guest expectations.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
• Maintain health, safety, and quality standards.
• Generate reports on KPIs for upper management.
• Work 50–55 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.
