Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create value for shareholders through efficient operations and cost control.
• Ensure Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality; interact with guests during peak hours.
• Lead guest service and relations, monitor appearance and selling techniques.
• Control daily operations: labor, costs; order supplies; manage inventory; schedule weekly.
• Recruit, train, motivate hourly staff; maintain safe work environment.
• Ensure OSHA and health/safety compliance.
• Prepare and submit required reports and use cash controls.
• Hire, interview and discipline hourly staff; development and training.
