Paradies Lagardère is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive exceptional guest service and oversee daily restaurant operations within our dining division. You will mentor teammates, manage staffing, and uphold brand standards while maintaining a safe and profitable environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of restaurant management, a ServSafe certification within six months, and strong MS Office skills. A BS in hotel/restaurant management is desirable; all team members should model outstanding

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Food Manager certification within six months.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and mentor team members to reach full potential.
• Attract and screen candidates; ensure compliance with interview guides.
• Manage daily restaurant operations to optimize profits.
• Maintain HACCP standards and ensure sanitary practices.
• Create schedules to maximize sales and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and labor percentages.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve complaints within 24 hours.
