Chick-fil-A in Bradenton, FL is seeking a proactive restaurant leader to oversee diverse operations and mentor a growing team. You will rotate across restaurant functions, complete a 4–6 month training period, and advance to a director-level role overseeing marketing, catering, inventory, scheduling, FOH/BOH, and hiring.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple aspects of the restaurant to gain knowledge of total operation.
• Initial training period (4-6 months) before launching into the director level role with oversight of all facets (marketing, catering, inventory, scheduling, FOH/BOH, hiring).
• Create a culture of service and deep care for team members and guests—leading to a remarkable experience for all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.
• Mentor, coach, invest in, and build relationships with a diverse team to motivate and help them reach their highest potential.
• Develop 6-7 direct reports through one-on-one meetings, reviews, and coaching.
• Own business responsibilities (budgeting, vendor relationships).
• Maintain quality in food safety, cleanliness, and Chick-fil-A standards.
• Streamline systems and processes for efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with Leadership Team and executive operator’s vision.
