Job summary

Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux in Mississippi seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, guest service excellence, and financial performance.

The AGM will lead front- and back-of-house teams, coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards. This role requires evening/weekend availability and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (FOH and BOH) to maintain QSC.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members; participate in recruiting and training.
• Monitor labor, food, and costs; support profitability targets and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to labor, health, safety regulations and company policies.
