Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory costs and perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory inspections.
• Place and receive inventory truck orders; maintain asset lists.
• Ensure preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment per company standards.
• Oversee cash control and security procedures (e.g., safe counting, cash drawers).
• Motivate and direct team members to deliver accurate, fast, and friendly service in a clean facility.
• Provide coaching to Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance.
• Direct operations to ensure efficient preparation and sale of products for timely delivery within speed-of-service standards.
• Uphold all operational and brand standards; perform Shift Coordinator duties when needed.

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant and driving key performance outcomes.
