Job summary

inKind is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to train and steward restaurant partners as they launch on our platform. You will learn each partner's goals and show them how to use inKind efficiently, serving as the main contact for inquiries and feedback during the rollout.

Based in Austin, the role is primarily in-person at our office, with opportunities to collaborate across teams and optimize onboarding processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience.
Experience with team collaboration and presentation tools (Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Cordial, Keynote).
Experience with project management, account portfolio planning, and/or prioritization.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding and training of Restaurant Partners to inKind's platform.
Manage personal queue of new projects, new location requests, and maintenance requests.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the implementation of inKind's Restaurant Partner products and services.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to refine existing processes pertaining to the partner experience.
Build relationships with external inKind partners to improve our implementation process for users.
