inKind is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our Austin, TX office and drive meaningful first impressions with potential restaurant partners. You will respond to inbound applications, conduct discovery chats, and guide opportunities through the early sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Inside Sales or similar role in hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with CRM or email automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound interest, qualify fit, and transition through funnel.
• Evaluate inbound leads based on criteria to determine partnership readiness.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand needs and goals.
• Maintain an organized Salesforce pipeline with accurate stages and communications.
• Identify bottlenecks in inbound lead process and propose improvements.
• Review and follow up with previously qualified or inactive leads.
• Own admin tasks: data hygiene, KPIs, and reporting on lead conversion.
• Provide feedback on inbound lead quality and trends to improve campaigns.
