Qualifications

  • Six months supervisory experience required.
  • One year of event planning experience preferred.
  • Proactive, organized, and deadline-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests via phone and handle reservations.

Job description

As the Restaurant Office Administrator, you will handle a broad range of office administration activities as well as private events. Collaborating with the General Manager and Restaurant Support Center, you will support and execute administrative, clerical, and financial tasks, including invoicing, mail distribution, guest relations, and HR duties. You will also coordinate private events, working closely with team members to deliver exceptional guest service.

What You'll Do

  • Manage back-office procedures and administrative systems
  • Track and manage marketing collateral, supplies, and uniform inventory
  • Oversee gratuity systems and cash reconciliation
  • Prepare and process invoices using the Compeat system
  • Handle vacation requests and payroll-related matters
  • Manage Wine Club Membership data entry
  • Assist guests via phone and reservation system
  • Support team members with policy, payroll, and benefits inquiries
  • Work closely with management to ensure policy compliance
  • Assist with hiring processes and onboarding
  • Monitor health and safety certifications
  • Maintain organized, clean, and secure back-office areas
  • Manage event bookings using Tripleseat and Eventbrite, ensuring accuracy and proper setup
  • Coordinate event timelines, appointments, and post-event follow-up
  • Oversee inventory and financial reconciliation for events
  • Represent Cooper's Hawk values and foster a positive work environment
