Qualifications

• GM/MP or multi-unit management experience in a full-service concept.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Enforce employment policy compliance with guidance from management.
• Direct the management team; set weekly schedules and responsibilities.
• Lead performance management: evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire management and hourly staff.
• Oversee food, labor, and liquor costs; monitor inventory and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Guard food quality, waste, and labor cost controls; manage P&L.
• Oversee weekly/monthly inventories and budgeting processes.
• Verify audits, ESF, Taste & Temp checks, and training standards.
• Oversee restaurant cleanliness and safety measures for staff and guests.
• Lead incentive programs for teams and staff development; training on policies.
• Promote safe food handling procedures and vendor relations with support center.
• Maintain restaurant culture and live core values daily.
