Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered consistently. You will run your own restaurant with an entrepreneurial mindset, directing a management team and optimizing costs.

The role emphasizes leadership, staffing, budgeting, and training, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years or more as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and directing work of management team.
• Directing weekly management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers.
• Overseeing food, labor, and liquor costs and controlling budgets.
• Managing weekly and monthly P&L and inventories.
• Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Overseeing development and training of key employees and managers.
