Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of restaurant operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered consistently.

The role requires leadership of the management team, strong cost controls, and strategic planning to drive performance in a high-volume setting. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years or more as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment
• Managing Partners are required to make an initial monetary deposit and enter into an employment agreement with Texas Roadhouse.

Responsibilities

• Enforce compliance with all employment policies with assistance from the management team
• Direct and plan weekly management schedules and assign area responsibilities to Restaurant Managers
• Evaluate performance of management, coach, and discipline as needed
• Review applications, interview, and hire management and hourly staff
• Oversee food, labor, and liquor costs and ensure profitability
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Manage weekly and monthly P&L, inventories, and budgets
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and security for staff and guests
