Qualifikationen

2+ years as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment.
Managing Partners are required to make an initial monetary deposit and enter into an employment agreement with Texas Roadhouse.

Aufgaben

Oversee all facets of operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times.
Direct work of management team, including scheduling and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers.
Manage performance of management team, including coaching, evaluations, and discipline.
