Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times. You will lead the management team, enforce policies, and drive financial performance through cost control and strategic planning.

Responsibilities include directing schedules, coaching managers, hiring, and maintaining safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment
• Deposit/employment agreement required for Managing Partners

Responsibilities

• Enforce employment policies with support from the management team
• Direct and schedule the management team and assign responsibilities to Restaurant Managers
• Coach, evaluate, and discipline management staff
• Interview and hire management and hourly employees
• Oversee food, labor, and liquor costs and budgets
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Oversee weekly/monthly P&L, inventories, and audits
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and security measures
