Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Managing Partner (General Manager) to oversee all facets of restaurant operations in a high-volume, full-service setting.

You will lead the management team, enforce policies, control costs, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered every day. The role emphasizes staff development, budgeting, audits, and maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years or more as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies with assistance from the management team
• Directing work of the management team including setting weekly schedules
• Managing performance of management team including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly employees
• Providing oversight over food, labor, and liquor costs
• Overseeing compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Managing weekly and monthly P&L; overseeing inventories and budgets
• Maintaining store cleanliness and security measures
