The ideal candidate will educate the team on wine knowledge, lead service standards, and drive guest engagement with thoughtful recommendations and professional presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in upscale/fine-dining environments.
• Strong wine knowledge with wine service, education, and pairing experience.
• Formal wine education or CMS/WSET preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations with a strong presence and elevated guest experience.
• Serve as the restaurant’s wine expert, guiding guests and staff.
• Drive wine sales through thoughtful recommendations and pairing expertise.
• Educate and develop the service team with ongoing wine training and tastings.
