Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain required certifications.
• Excellent communication and a positive, reliable, team-oriented attitude.
• Experience in a full-service upscale high-volume establishment preferred and able to pass product quizzes.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service to guests at the bar and dining room support.
• Craft cocktails and beverages with precision per Vandelay recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, beer, and seasonal features.
• Engage guests with hospitality, guidance, and recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Adhere to service steps, pacing, presentation, and order accuracy.
