Job summary

Palisociety is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Kalimotxo at ARRIVE Austin to lead daily service with hospitality at the forefront. You will own the wine program across Kalimotxo and Lefty’s, oversee the host stand and reservations, and collaborate with Events and Marketing to maximize guest experience.

This hands-on role requires at least 2 years of F&B leadership, strong communication, and a passion for developing a high-performing team while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of F&B leadership experience, ideally spanning wine and reservations.
• Ability to drive revenue through hospitality and guest connections.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; reliable problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant setup and breakdown, daily side work, and server sections for smooth service.
• Own reservations end to end, monitor SOPs and table turns for reporting.
• Uphold ERHG service standards and drive revenue through hospitality.
• Participate in hotel Safety Committee and ensure safety protocols.
• Lead FOH staff education, pre-shift focuses, and cross-train with managers.
• Coach and develop FOH hourly team; support closing leadership on shifts.
• Manage wine program across Kalimotxo and Lefty’s with Wine Director coordination.
• Assist with staff scheduling and month-end inventory variance commentary.
