Job summary

Palisociety’s ARRIVE Austin site seeks a Bar Manager to lead Lefty’s Day & Night and oversee bar operations across two venues. You’ll drive the bar program, staff performance, and guest experience with a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities include staffing, inventory control, and collaborating on events. The role requires strong F&B leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of F&B/bar leadership experience.
• Experience with menu and cocktail development.
• Strong inventory, cost and beverage COGS management.
• Self-discipline, leadership and excellent communication.
• Certified or able to obtain TABC and ServSafe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bar setup, breakdown, and shift staffing at Lefty's and both bars.
• Lead Front-of-House operations and bar program across venues.
• Maintain bartender staffing plan, onboard and develop staff.
• Track bar sales, labor, liquor, beer, and cash deposits; monthly variance.
• Manage TABC and food handler certification tracking for all FOH staff.
• Collaborate with Palisociety, ERHG, Events/Sales & Marketing for closures and activations.
• Oversee weekly payroll, clock-ins, and tip pool management.
• Uphold Palisociety's and ERHG's image and standards with team.
