Job summary

Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead F&B operations across ARRIVE Austin's Lefty's Day & Night and Kalimotxo. You will own guest experience, service standards, staffing, scheduling, and P&L, while developing the Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager.

This hands-on role requires daily floor leadership, collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine, and focus on training, open-table performance, and event-level hospitality across multiple venues in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of senior F&B management experience; multi-outlet experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Problem solver able to manage the pressures of coordinating multi-venue restaurant operations.
• Working knowledge of TABC, health department, and food safety standards.
• ServSafe Manager and TABC certified, or able to obtain.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold service and hospitality standards across both venues, reflecting ERHG's philosophy for a consistent guest experience.
• Lead daily floor shifts — setup, breakdown, side work, server sections — maintaining standards on line-ups and service flow.
• Serve as the point of contact for hotel collaboration, aligning FOH and BOH on menus, service, and standards with the Chef de Cuisine daily.
• Ensure OpenTable optimization, accurate cover counts, and timely table turnover for sales reporting and efficiencies.
• Be a hospitality leader—built guest relationships, tell the brand story, and act as product/service ambassador.
• Manage F&B operational P&L — revenue, labor, beverage COGS, and controllable costs across both venues.
• Run weekly payroll, review clock-ins, and manage the tip pool while mentoring the Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager.
• Oversee wine and bar programs and maintenance for both spaces; report issues and coordinate repairs.
• Contribute to a safe guest/work environment; participate in hotel Safety Committee and coordinate with HR on hiring and team relations.
