Circle K in Fort McCoy, FL is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee to prepare for a Restaurant Manager role. The program covers day-to-day operations, staff leadership, financial metrics, and compliance with health standards.

You will report to the Restaurant District Manager and progress through structured supervision and performance reviews. The role requires strong guest service, team coaching, and the ability to manage shifts, onboarding, and daily administrative tasks while upholding Brand

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years restaurant management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid state Driver’s License
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred
• Open availability required
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service and coaches team members
• Recruits, interviews, hires and completes onboarding for all positions
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and delegates duties
• Directs production and ensures compliance with Brand, Company and health regulations
• Manages cash, sales and inventory control records
• Communicates with district manager and completes required paperwork
• Ensures food safety and operational standards are met
• Implements Brand campaigns and conducts training
• Accounts for financial and operational metrics to drive profitability
• Applies progressive discipline as needed
