The role emphasizes guest service, staff onboarding, health, safety, and adherence to brand standards, while driving profitability and ensuring accurate cash and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Open availability required; schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff.
• Ensure food safety and quality according to brand standards.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory controls.
• Train and develop Restaurant Assistant Manager for coverage.
• Communicate with Restaurant District Manager regularly.
• Complete daily, weekly, and periodic administrative tasks.
• Ensure a safe environment and compliance with laws.
