Circle K in Astor, FL is recruiting for a Restaurant Manager Trainee to prepare you for the Restaurant Manager role. You will oversee day-to-day operations for a designated company-operated restaurant for up to 90 days, with responsibilities spanning people, operations, and financial metrics.

During training you will coach staff, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Strong communication and integrity are essential as you report to the District Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid state Driver’s License required.
Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred.
Open availability required.

Responsibilities

Prepare candidate for Restaurant Manager role and manage day-to-day operations for up to 90 days.
Maintain clean restaurant environment and delegate shift duties.
Ensure brand, company, and health department standards in food prep and service.
Oversee cash, sales, inventory, and daily/weekly reporting.
Coordinate training and product knowledge with team members.
Communicate with district manager and complete required paperwork.
